Delivery

Wilson & Co products are delivered by ‘Aramex’ (formerly Fastway Couriers) to New Zealand customers and by Tracked Post to our international customers.

New Zealand

• Standard Delivery – Auckland $12.00 : New Zealand wide $20 plus RD if applicable (please state)
• Auckland – Allow up to 2 days from receipt of order.
• North Island – Allow up to 3 – 4 days from receipt of order.
• South Island – Allow up to 4 – 5 days from receipt of order.

New Zealand Rural Delivery – $10.00 per shipment

• If you live in at a rural address please select the Rural Delivery option in the Checkout for your item to be delivered. Unfortunately we must charge this additional fee because smaller courier operators are sub contracted by Aramex Couriers to deliver your parcel from the nearest depot. Aramex Couriers on-charge this fee to Wilson& Co.

Australia – we ship Thermettes all over Australia at a standard rate of $60 please follow the check out instructions

All international deliveries are sent by New Zealand Post. Deliveries will require a signature on delivery of the product. Depending on the country, local clearance fees and or tariffs may apply that are out of our control, best to check with your local postal services.
